Outline:
* Who is the head of the church? - It is Christ (vs.22)
* We receive word from God from his word ,the Bible, not from the words of men.
* What does this mean to us? (vs 24)  - We are to be subject (abide under) to Christ. 

Looking at Hebrews 13:17
* Elders (Sheppards) are to feed, care for and protect.
* Deacons are servants
* What is the responsibility of the church - to be obedient to your leaders because they will give an account to God
