Missions Conference 2007: Bob Flanders

Bob is currently serving as Assistant to the General Director for Ministry Strategy and Missionary Development at World Reach.  Bob and his wife Suzi's  primary focus will be providing pastoral care and support to World Reach missionaries.  They travel to each of the fields to become acquainted with each of the missionaries and the various challenges and stresses related to their ministry.  In addition to providing spiritual support to the missionaries and their families, they seek to assist each missionary with planning and goal setting for a more effective ministry.  While on the fields they are involved in teaching at World Reach mobile Bible Institutes and speaking in local churches.   Finally, they meet with each missionary on furlough and provide debriefing, counsel,  encouragement, and assistance.
