Text: Psalm 67:1-2

How do we commit to missions when we feel as though we are already maxed out? There is an answer found in Psalm 67.  Listen as Dr. Daniel P. Wicher, Jr. President of C.A.M. International brings us the second message from our 2009 Mission's Conference.

Outline:
God wants us to leverage what he has given us.  (The example of the talents.) There are the faithful and the unfaithful.

1) Time - get involved with your missionaries by praying for them and encouraging them.

2) Talents - Using your abilities, short term mission trips to multi-week and multi-month trips.

3) Treasure - God gives to us not for us to increase our standard of living but so we can increase our standard of giving.

Text: 2 Kings 6:24 - 7:12

We live in very treacherous times. Will these times bring out the best or the worst in us?  Listen as Dr. Daniel P. Wicher, Jr. President of C.A.M. International brings us a message from God's word challenging us as Christians to rise to the times in which we live.

Outline:
I. Extreme Hunger.
* God is God and God is good.
* God is sovereign over all.
* The Lord works in crisis - example of the Mexico City earthquake.

II. God Doesn't Look at Position or Power When Choosing His Agents but Rather He looks at the Heart.
* Example of Jose Luis
* God used the lepers.
* God uses the humble.

III. Motives to Share the Gospel - 2 Corinthians 5:11-19.
* Fear of the Lord. (vs. 11)
* Love of Christ. (vs. 14)
* Divine Perspective (vs. 16)

The example of William Carey During these trying times we can either go down into the pit or we can hold the rope.

As believers we should be balanced, close to God, and engaged.
